- Prepares and updates project schedule using Primavera p6 or Microsoft Project
- Prepares Bill of Quantities and other Bid Submittal Documents necessary when joining a Bid.
- Uses Planswift, Microsoft Excel, and other necessary Estimating Tools to formulate Bill of Quantities.
- Sends out Submittals, RFI's and other correspondences using Procore
- Assists in the preparation of Shopdrawings using AutoCAD, as necessary
- Prepares Bill of Materials, consolidates plans and specifications to be sent out to vendors for Request for Quotations and procurement of materials and labor
- Reviews construction plans and specifications for changes on the plans for Change Order preparations
- Coordination of Trades, Subcontractors and Vendors
- Construction oversight and field inspections
- Prepares reports and correspondence
Construction projects include construction of buildings (private and public), from earthworks, structural and up to architectural finishing works of the building including pavements, landscaping, parking, etc. Construction oversight pertains to making sure that construction of the building is within the allotted budget and stays within the construction schedule. Field inspection to be done, prior to purchasing of material, in case there is a conflict to other trades.
